Made-to-order Policy

This Made-to-Order Policy applies to all items that are created specifically after an order is placed (“made-to-order items”) by Feltimsical.

By purchasing a made-to-order item, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What “Made-to-Order” Means

Made-to-order items are:

• Created after you place your order
• Handmade individually
• Not pre-made or held in stock

Because each felted figure is handmade, no two items will be exactly alike.

2. Production Time

• Current production time is stated on the product page and depends on complexity.
• Production time does not include shipping time.
• During busy periods or holidays, production times may be longer. Any changes will be communicated clearly.

Please ensure you review the estimated production time before placing your order.

3. Handmade Variations

Felted items are handmade using natural fibres. As a result:

• Small variations in size, shape, colour, and facial expression are normal
• Minor asymmetry is part of the handmade character
• These variations are not considered defects

Product photos are representative examples, not exact replicas.

4. Customisation

If custom options are offered (colour, accessories, pose, etc.):

• Custom requests must be provided at the time of ordering
• Once production has started, changes may not be possible
• Additional custom work may affect production time or price

We reserve the right to decline custom requests that are not feasible or outside our artistic style.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started
• Once work has begun, cancellations or changes are not accepted

This follows standard handmade marketplace practices.

6. Returns & Refunds

Made-to-order items:

• Are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty
• Cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind or preference

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue
• We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Colours & Display Differences

Please note:

• Screen settings may affect how colours appear
• Wool colours may vary slightly between batches

We do our best to represent colours accurately.

8. Intended Use & Care

• Felted figures are decorative items unless stated otherwise
• They are not recommended as toys for young children
• Handle gently and keep away from moisture

Care instructions may be included with your order.

9. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare cases (illness, supply issues, or unforeseen events), production may be delayed.
If this happens, you will be informed as soon as possible.
